Can I group several orders together?


Your orders are automatically grouped together in a single parcel if they were placed in the same half-day, with the same bank card, address and delivery method, and you are outside United States, United Kingdom or Switzerland.


Grouping is only possible under these conditions.


Delivery fees paid after the first order will be automatically refunded within 72 hours of your order being confirmed. If the total of the two orders reaches the threshold required to qualify for free delivery, the delivery costs will be refunded in full.


Once the orders have been grouped, it is unfortunately impossible for us to separate them, and you will receive them in a single parcel. Any customs charges for the countries concerned will be applied to the total amount of your grouped orders.


Your orders will appear separately in My account > My orders. You can click either order to track the progress of your parcel.
