    *Please be aware that during collection launches, it will take longer to prepare and deliver your order. Please allow 5 to 10 working days after your order has been confirmed for it to arrive.
    **Administrative and/or customs fees may be applied by the carrier for delivery outside Metropolitan France. 
  • You can also have your order delivered to l'Atelier Octobre, at 12 rue d'Uzès, 75002, from tuesday to saturday from 11pm to 20pm, free of charge.

    It’s the perfect place to collect your order, try on your purchases, and return them for an immediate refund should you require it.
  • Once your order has been sent, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which you can use to track your order.

    You can also follow your order on the ‘My Account/My Orders’ page:
    - Preparing: We are lovingly putting together your order in our warehouse
    - Dispatched: Your package has been handed to our courrier and they are getting your delivery to you
    - Estimated delivery date: Estimated date on which your package should arrive at your chosen location
    - Delivered: Your package has been delivered to your home.
    - Available in Relay: Your package is available at your chosen Relay delivery point.
    - Available at L'Atelier: Your package is available at l'Atelier.

  • Unfortunately, once your package has been returned to our Atelier, it cannot be re-sent to you, and you will be automatically refunded with 7 working days.
