    1. On our website, choose the ‘l'Atelier’ option when making a request to return an order.
    2. Leave your items at l'Atelier.
    3. You will be refunded immediately.

    We do not do standard exchange. For a new size, another model or another color, just reorder on the e-shop.

  • We don’t offer an exchange service through our website octobre-editions.com. To order a new size, style or colour of your chosen item, you just have to place a new order through our online shop.
  • If your package doesn’t contain a return receipt, you can download one online at your ‘My Account/My Returns’ page:
    - Click ‘Make a return request’
    - Select the relevant option
    - Select ‘I am using my return receipt’
    - Select which products you would like to return to us
    - Choose whether you would prefer to receive a refund or a credit note.
    - Once you reach the return request confirmation page, you can then click the ‘Download my return receipt’ option.

    Should you have any difficulties, try using Chrome or Firefox to download your receipt! If this doesn’t work, contact us at bonjour@octobre-editions.com - we’re here to help!
  • You will receive an email letting you know when the refund has been made. Please allow 7 to 10 working days for our studio to process your return package.

    Please be aware that any orders purchased with online gift cards or credit notes will automatically be refunded as a credit note.
  • We have but one obsession: to offer you the most beautiful creations there are! If, despite all of our quality assurance checks, there is still a slight defect with your product, please contact our Customer Service department at bonjour@octobre-editions.com

    Don’t forget to send a picture of the item and defect in question – this will help us solve your problem as efficiently as possible!
  • You can follow the progress of your return online on the ‘My Account/My Returns’ page. You will find the following information:
    - The order reference number
    - The date on which the return request for the item was made
    - The chosen return method
    - The return package tracking number
    - The progress of the return process: pending or completed
