When will I receive my refund?

Once the parcel has been received by our workshop, your refund will be processed within 2 to 5 working days*.

After that, please allow a further 5 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

You will receive an initial email confirming receipt of your parcel at the workshop, followed by a second email once the refund has been processed.

*During Archive events and the festive season, your order may take slightly longer to be reimbursed.
