Where is my order?
Once your order has been validated, you will receive a confirmation email on the email address linked to your October account.
The delivery time was indicated on the website when you placed your order. Depending on the country you are in, delivery times may vary.
You can track your order at any time by following the steps below:
Go to My Account.
Click on My Orders, then on the number of the order you want to track or on "Order details".
Here are the different statuses you can see:
Validated: your order has been confirmed.
In preparation: your order is being prepared in our workshop.
Shipped: your order has been given to the carrier, and you can track its progress using its tracking number.
Delivered: the carrier has delivered your order to the delivery address, to the conciergerie or selected relay point*.
*It is possible that during the busy times of the year, the relay points are saturated at the time of delivery of your order and that it is deposited in another relay point.
By clicking on the 'Track my shipping' button, you will be redirected to the carrier's page, which will indicate how your parcel is being tracked.
However, orders sent to our Conciergeries will not be tracked by the carrier: you will receive an email once your order is ready for collection.
The preparation of your order and its delivery times may be slightly extended during our Archives or the festive season.
