I haven't received what I ordered. What should I do?
If you receive an item that’s not what you ordered, please contact us with your order number, photos of the item, and the labels attached to both the item and the parcel.
If an item is missing from your parcel, please contact us with the name of the missing item, your order number, and the label on the parcel.
