My parcel has been returned to sender. What should I do?

You have been notified by email that your order has been returned to our Atelier.

Depending on the country you are in, the actions you need to take may vary. Find out what to do by selecting your delivery country:


You can choose one of these two options:

  • Refund: without a message from you, we will automatically refund you within 7 working days of receiving your order at our Atelier.

  • Re-shipping at no additional cost: write to us at retourexpediteur@sezane.com within 24 hours of receiving the notification confirming your delivery details (surname, first name, address, telephone number, email and order number). We will then send you confirmation that your request has been received. However, it will take a few days for you to receive your new shipping number from us — just long enough for us to receive your returned parcel and prepare for re-shipment.

We will automatically refund you within 7 working days of your order arriving at our Atelier.


Unfortunately, we will not be able to reship your order for logistical reasons. Please place your order again.
