My parcel has not been delivered to my chosen collection point. What should I do?

When your chosen collection point isn't available, at full capacity or closed for unforeseen reasons, the carrier is required to drop your parcel off at a different collection point.


Unfortunately, we're unable to change the collection point once your parcel has been dropped off. If you're unable to collect your parcel, it will be automatically returned to us.


If the parcel is returned to the Atelier, we can send it to you, if you wish. You will then receive an automatic email offering you a re-shipment at no additional cost to the address of your choice.


Otherwise, a refund will be processed within 7 working days of your parcel arriving at our logistics centre.
