How do I use a gift card?

This pretty card* is delivered in a box with your own personalised message.

The card is valid for 1 year (except USA).

It is available on the site: E-Shop > Discover > Gift cards, or in our Locations.

Cards can't be returned or refunded.

*Physical gift cards are currently available on the FR site in €, on the UK site in £ and on the US site in $.

Our eGift cards are sent directly to the recipient's email address.

You can also choose the sending date and add a personalised note.

They are available on the website: E-Shop > Discover > Gift cards.

Gift cards are only valid on our website or at our Locations (except Le Bon Marché).

To place your order using your e-card or physical gift card, simply log in to your Octobre account, the order must be placed in the same currency as the gift card. For example, if your gift card was bought using euros, you can only use it for orders in euros.

All gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase* and can be used multiple times.

When you pay for your order, simply enter the code in the "Coupon code/gift card" box.

If you have paid for your order with a physical gift card loaded with more than the cost of your order, get in touch so that we can credit the difference to your account.

*Except in the United States, the period of validity complies with local regulations.

You can absolutely return an item purchased with a physical or eGift card.

Don't forget to submit your return by going to My account > My orders.

The order will be automatically refunded with a credit note which will be available in your customer account.

If the total refund is more than the amount on your gift card, we will send the difference to the payment method used.

To check the amount on your gift card, go to My account > E-Gift cards. Enter the email address linked to your eGift card followed by the card number. This will show you the remaining balance.
