How do I cancel or edit an order?

Cancellation

Once your order has been placed, you have one hour to cancel it or change the delivery address. Both actions can be completed in My account/My orders.

Editing

You can't edit the contents of an order. Please return the item when you receive it via My account > My orders.

Our teams are unable to cancel or edit your order after one hour.
