How do I return a product?

1. Go to My account

• Log into octobre-editions.com to create your return in My account > My returns.
  
• Click 'Declare a return' and choose the order number in question, then follow the instructions.
  

2. Prepare your return parcel

From mainland France, the first return of your order is free.

• Place the items to be returned in the box of your choice.
  
• Stick on the label supplied with your parcel. Or print the label you received by email after creating the return in your account.

3. Send the parcel

• Find a post office, a Chronopost collection point, or visit one of our Conciergeries (for an immediate refund).
  
• Drop off your return parcel within 15 days.

2. Prepare your return parcel

• Place the items to be returned in the box of your choice.

• Drop off your return parcel within 14 days.

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances on your part or on the part of the carrier, cancel the return request and start the process again.

• Find a collection point or visit our Conciergerie in London (for an immediate refund).
  
• Drop off your return parcel within 15 days.
