How do I access my customer account?

Your Sézane and Octobre-Éditions login details are the same.

Creating a customer account couldn't be easier:

1. Click "LOG IN" at the top right of our homepage (if using a computer), or on the menu (if using a smartphone).

2. Click Register and fill in the information requested. Confirm by clicking Register.

You will receive an email confirming your registration.

2. Enter your email address and password, then click Log In, or Continue with Facebook/Google/Apple.

If you've created your account at one of our stores, use the same email address to log into your account on the site.

If you're having problems logging in to your account, we suggest changing your password.

If you're logged into your account:

1. Go directly to My account > My information,
2. Click the Change my password button

If you're not logged into your account:

1. Click LOG IN at the top right of the homepage
2. Enter your email address
3. Click Forgotten your password?

You'll receive an email asking you to reset your password then log into your account.

Don't forget to check your spam, as our email can sometimes slip through.
