When will I receive my refund?
Once your parcel has been received by our Atelier, your refund will be processed within up to 5 days*.
After that, please allow an additional 5 working days for the refund to appear in your account. The refund will be issued to the credit card used for the purchase. If you have requested a refund in the form of a credit note, it will be available directly in your account.
You will receive an initial email confirming receipt of your parcel at the Atelier, followed by a second email once the refund has been processed.
For orders paid in cash at one of our Appartements, the refund will be issued as a credit to your customer account. If you would like a cash refund, the order must be returned to one of our Conciergeries or Appartements.
*Please note: During our Archives and the festive season, your order may take slightly longer to be reimbursed.
