How do I make a return?
Terms for a return
- From these countries, the first return of each order is free.
- You have 30 days after receiving your order to return* items to us.
- Pieces must be returned in their original, unworn condition, with all accessories and labels attached (customized items cannot be returned).
If you believe a piece you received is faulty, please click here to start your return. Do not use the return label included in your parcel. Using that label may delay processing your return and issuing your refund.
Please find the steps for a return (pieces purchased online or at one of our Ateliers) below:
1. Go to My account
- Log into Octobre-Éditions.com or on Octobre Éditions app to create your return in My Account > My Returns.
- Click 'Make a return' and select the order number you wish to return, then follow the instructions provided.
2. Prepare your return parcel
- Place your pieces to be returned in a box of your choice (if you are re-using the box from the delivery, please remove the carrier's label before affixing the return label).
- Stick on the label supplied with your parcel. Or print the label you received by email after creating the return in your account.
3. Send the parcel
- We invite you to declare your parcel as a 'return of goods' to avoid customs charges.
- Find a UPS collection point, or visit one of our Conciergeries (for an immediate refund).
- Drop off your return parcel within 30 days.
*When returning a piece to a country subject to customs charges, we recommend using the same carrier as for delivery to avoid additional fees.

- Click 'Make a return' and select the order number you wish to return. Then, follow the instructions provided. You will be asked to select the day of your choice and DHL will get back to you to select a more precise time slot.
2. Prepare your return parcel
- Once you have declared your return on the website and selected the time slot of your choice, you can download and print the DHL label.
- Place your pieces in the box of your choice and stick the label on it (if you are re-using the box from the delivery, please remove the carrier's label before affixing the return label).
3. Send the parcel
- We invite you to declare your parcel as a 'return of goods' to avoid customs charges.
- Please wait for the courier to contact you to schedule a pickup time; they will collect your parcel from the address of your choice.
- If unforeseen circumstances arise, either on your side or with the carrier, please cancel the return request and start the procedure again.

Due to ongoing strikes, DHL returns are temporarily unavailable. Please find the steps for a return (pieces purchased online or at one of our Locations) below:
1. Go to My account
- Log into Octobre-Éditions.com or on Octobre Éditions app to create your return in My Account > My Returns.
- Click 'Make a return' and select the order number you wish to return. Then, follow the instructions provided.
- Once you’ve submitted your return request, our Customer Service team will email you a prepaid return label within 24 to 48 hours (If you haven’t received it after this time, please contact us at bonjour@sezane.com).
2. Prepare your return parcel
- Print the FedEx label.
- Place your pieces in the box of your choice and stick the label on it (if you are re-using the box from the delivery, please remove the carrier's label before affixing the return label).
- Stick on the label supplied with your parcel
3. Send the parcel
- Find a FedEx collection point.
- Drop off your return parcel within 30 days.

Specific Conditions
The return conditions for pieces purchased online or at our Ateliers are the same. Pieces can be returned either by post or directly to our Conciergeries or Ateliers.
All purchases made at Le Bon Marché can only be returned to Le Bon Marché.
We only accept one return per order. If you wish to make other returns on the same order, these will be at your expense (unless made directly in one of our Conciergeries or Ateliers). For more information, click here.
*We have recently updated our return policy to better align with the nature of the Archives offering. These pieces are available in limited quantities, offered at reduced prices and, in select cases, exclusively available in your country. To support this, we’re no longer able to accept returns or exchanges. Our website and App indicate these pieces as ‘Final Sale—No Exchanges or Returns’, please see our T&Cs.
