How do I update or delete my account?
To edit your personal details like your date of birth, phone number and addresses:
Once logged in, click ACCOUNT at the top right of the homepage (if using a computer), or on the menu (if using a smartphone).
Click My Information > Modify my Email or Modify my password or edit the information available directly in each section, then click Confirm.
If you want to delete your account, you can do so directly from our website in the dedicated section:
Go to ACCOUNT at the top right of the screen.
In the left-hand menu, select Delete my account at the bottom of the list.
Please note that if you delete your account, your order history will be deleted too and you won't be able to return anything later.
Otherwise, contact us and enter the email address used on the Sézane or Octobre account to be deleted.
