How do I cancel or modify an order?

Cancellation

You have one hour after placing your order to cancel it or change the delivery address. Simply go to My Account > My Orders to make any changes.

Modification

Once placed, the contents of an order cannot be modified. If needed, you can return the item after receiving it via My Account > My Orders.

After one hour, our teams are no longer able to cancel or modify your order.
