Woody Chelsea Boots

$235

Woody or the essential Chelsea boot, available here in a natural leather that will acquire a patina over time. The camel suede version creates a more modern look, ideal as part of a casual outfit.
The Blake stitch is one of the most highly regarded by specialists and adds real finesse to these shoes.
The shoes no longer need to be resoled: the rubber pad is fitted directly, thus protecting the leather sole and preventing you from slipping.
All the finishes are carried out, making use of the greatest savoir-faire, in our workshop in Portugal.

All our collections are designed and produced to the most exacting standards. We select the very best knowledge and savoir-faire so we can offer products designed to last. The majority of our products are made less than 3,000 km from Paris, and always in close-knit, people-friendly family workshops, which we visit on a regular basis. When we do go beyond this distance, it's in order to seek out knowledge and savoir-faire that cannot be found anywhere else, such as the weaving of Japanese cottons on machines that are unique in the world, the softness of Pima cotton from the Peruvian mountains, and the hard-wearing qualities of traditional indigenous leathers. Theses shoes are manufactured in Portugal, in the region of Porto.

The Woody Chelsea boots are slightly smaller than standard, feel free to choose the larger size if you are between two sizes.

The technique

The choice of the Blake stitch

One of the most highly regarded by specialists. In addition to its solidity, it brings real finesse and elegance to these shoes.

The material

Natural leather

A leather to which no particular finish has been applied and which will acquire a patina over time, resulting in an absolutely inimitable and very silky feel. Care advice: we advise you to waterproof your suede shoes only. For the smooth leather versions, we recommend using a neutral moisturising cream regularly to rehydrate the leather.

The use

A rubber pad

The shoes no longer need to be resoled: the rubber pad is fitted directly, thus protecting the leather sole and preventing you from slipping.
