Where is my order?
If you have difficulties locating your order, please contact us.
Once your order has been validated, you will receive a confirmation email on the email address linked to your Octobre Éditions account.
The delivery time was indicated on the website when you placed your order. Depending on the country you are in, delivery times may vary.
You can track your order at any time by following the steps below:
1. My account
- Go to My Account.
2. Click on the "My orders" tab, then select the order number you want to track, or click on "Order Details" for more information
- Click on My Orders tab, then on the order number on which you want to view the tracking or on the 'Order Details'.
3. Here are the different statuses you may see:
- Validated: Your order has been validated, and will soon be prepared in our Atelier.
- In preparation: Your order is being prepared in our Atelier.
- Shipped: Your order has been handed over to the carrier, and you can track its progress using the provided tracking number.
- Delivered: Your order has been delivered to the address provided, the Conciergerie, or the selected pick-up point.
4. Track my shipping
- By clicking on the 'Track my shipping' button, you will be redirected to the carrier's page, which will indicate your parcel tracking. An order delivered to our Conciergeries will not have a tracking number: you will receive an email once your order is ready for collection.
The preparation of your order and its delivery times may be extended slightly during our Archives or the festive season.
