Tell me about Octobre Éditions.

All because we couldn’t find what we had been looking for, a menswear wardrobe crafted from key items with unmistakable style.
So we set off on a quest for sartorial expertise throughout Europe, to offer you the finest quality directly from the best workshops. We searched tirelessly for the fabrics, the details, the best cuts, that would allow us to achieve an essential kind of elegance.

How does this site work?

Octobre Éditions presents several editions throughout the year depending on the season. We try to restock items if possible. To find out if we plan to restock an item, and when, go to the product page for that item in the e-shop.

I’m not receiving your invitations, what’s happening?

If you are not getting our e-mails, check your spam folder and the different tabs of your inbox, and add bonjour@octobre-editions.com to your address book.

An item I want is out of stock, will it be restocked?

If you want to know when a sold out item is back in stock, use the button “Out of stock, notify me when it’s back”. We will notify you via email once the product becomes available again.
During launches items may sell out quickly. Some items are listed as “in another basket” when the last available article is in another customer's basket. If after several minutes the article has not been ordered, it will become available again. Keep refreshing the page of the item you wish to purchase.

How long can I reserve items in my basket for?

Items in your basket are reserved for a period of thirty minutes. After this time, they are made available to other shoppers. Items reserved in your basket may not be available if you choose to order them after this time has elapsed.

Delivery to the USA

Delivery to countries outwith the European Union may incur customs duties payable by you. More information available in our general terms and conditions of sale.

Express delivery

$15 VIA DHL EXPRESS
Delivery is free on all orders over $200

Can I change my order? Cancel it?

Once your order has been confirmed you have an hour to cancel it. Go to MY ACCOUNT / ORDERS... After the hour is up, you will be unable to cancel the order. However, after you receive your parcel you have one month to send back your items and claim a refund.
If you wish to change an item in your order, you will have to cancel the order and place a new one.

I placed several orders on the same day, can I group them into one shipment and pay the shipping costs for the single parcel?

Any orders you have made within in a period of 12 hours will be grouped together – on condition that you have chosen the same delivery method. You will be automatically refunded the shipping costs of each separate item that is grouped in with your first order.

I have a credit note, how can I use it?

To use your credit note, enter the code in the Discount Code / Credit Note field in your shopping basket.

Returns & Refunds

How can I return or exchange an item?

You have 15 days to change your mind once you have received your parcel, just send it back to us to get a refund.
Make sure you place each item back in its original packaging to ensure a smooth refund process and make things a little easier in our workshop.

We don’t offer an exchange service. To order a new size, style or colour of your chosen item, just place a new order through our online shop.

1 - Register

For a faster refund you can register your request for a return on our site, under ‘MY ACCOUNT / MY RETURNS‘. Sign into your account and under My Returns, select the order number containing the items you would like to return. Click on the "Process a Return" button and choose the reason for return.

2 - Follow the steps

- From the US: Stick the UPS label on the parcel.
- From the rest of the world: send back the parcel using the return method of your choice to the following address:

3 - Send

Attach the return label to your parcel and take it to the nearest UPS store 

How long will my refund take?

Returns from drop-off points take between 5 days to 10 working days to reach us after being dropped off.
Remember to keep your tracking number safe.
Allow a few days after we receive your parcel for our logistics team to process your return. You will get an email letting you know when the refund has been made.
 

Payment

How can I pay for my order? ?

You can pay for your order via:
- credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro,Diners, Discovery and American Express)
- Paypal
- credit note
- Gift card and e-gift card

We suggest that you save your payment details on our website when you place an order. This will speed up any purchases you make in the future. To change any of these details, go to the ‘My Account/My Payment Info’ page.

Our website doesn’t allow you to pay for items in instalments.
