How do I use a credit note or a code?

Use a credit note

- Credit notes can only be used on Octobre-Éditions.com, the App, or at our Appartements (except Le Bon Marché).

- To use your credit note, simply log in to your Octobre Éditions account.

- The order must be placed in the same currency as the credit note.

- All credit notes can be used multiple times.

- When checking out, enter the code in the "Coupon Code/Gift Card" box.

Use a code

Exclusive codes must also be enter in the “Coupon Code/Gift Card” box and will be applied to your order according to the eligibility conditions. In the event of a return, we will deduct the discount from your refund.

- You can return Octobre Éditions pieces purchased with a credit note.

- Just submit your return by going to My Account > My Orders.

- For more details on the return process, click here.

- Your refund will be issued as a credit note in your account.

To check the amount on your credit note, go to My Account > My Credits & E-Gift Cards and check the “remaining balance” and “validity date” information.
