Can I group several orders together?

If you place multiple orders within the same half-day, using the same credit card, address*, and delivery method, they will automatically be grouped into a single package.

The delivery fees for the second order will be refunded within 72 hours of order confirmation. If the total of both orders meets the minimum amount for free shipping, the shipping fees will be fully refunded.

Once your orders are grouped, we cannot split them, and they will be shipped together in one package. Any customs fees, applicable in certain countries, will be based on the total amount of your grouped orders.

Your orders will still appear separately in the My Account > My Orders section. You can click on either order to track your package’s journey.

*Grouping is not available for orders from Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland.
