Tell me about Octobre Editions.

All because we couldn’t find what we had been looking for, a menswear wardrobe crafted from key items with unmistakable style.
So we set off on a quest for sartorial expertise throughout Europe, to offer you the finest quality directly from the best workshops. We searched tirelessly for the fabrics, the details, the best cuts, that would allow us to achieve an essential kind of elegance.
Collections of must-have pieces unveiled slowly, season after season.

How does this site work?

Octobre Editions presents several editions throughout the year depending on the season. We try to restock items if possible. To find out if we plan to restock an item, and when, go to the product page for that item in the e-shop.

I’m not receiving your invitations, what’s happening?

If you are not getting our e-mails, check your spam folder and the different tabs of your inbox, and add bonjour@octobre-editions.com to your address book.

An item I want is out of stock, will it be restocked?

If you want to know when a sold out item is back in stock, use the button “Out of stock, notify me when it’s back”. We will notify you via email once the product becomes available again.
During launches items may sell out quickly. Some items are listed as “in another basket” when the last available article is in another customer's basket. If after several minutes the article has not been ordered, it will become available again. Keep refreshing the page of the item you wish to purchase.

How long can I reserve items in my basket for?

Items in your basket are reserved for a period of thirty minutes. After this time, they are made available to other shoppers. Items reserved in your basket may not be available if you choose to order them after this time has elapsed.

Delivery

Delivery to France

Orders placed from France are shipped within 48 business hours. The day after a new collection has been launched, order processing and dispatch may take up to 10 days.

Free returns from drop-off points and post offices (mainland France) or to l’Atelier Octobre Editions in Paris.

Allow between 4 and 7 business days


Delivery is free on orders over €200.
Choose the drop-off point nearest to you when you place your order.
Your parcel will be kept for 3 to 5 days at drop-off points and post offices and 3 days at pick-up stations.

Free returns from drop-off points and post offices (mainland France) or to l’Atelier Octobre Editions in Paris.

Allow between 2 and 6 business days (excluding sundays and holidays)


Delivery is free on orders over €200.

Delivery to l'Atelier

Free

Allow between 5 and 7 business days


Delivery to l’Atelier Octobre Editions is free.
We will notify you via email when your order arrives. We will keep your parcel for 15 business days, after which you will be automatically refunded.

Can I change my order? Cancel it?

Once your order has been confirmed you have an hour to cancel it. Go to MY ACCOUNT / ORDERS... After the hour is up, you will be unable to cancel the order. However, after you receive your parcel you have one month to send back your items and claim a refund.
If you wish to change an item in your order, you will have to cancel the order and place a new one.

I placed several orders on the same day, can I group them into one shipment and pay the shipping costs for the single parcel?

Any orders you have made within in a period of 12 hours will be grouped together – on condition that you have chosen the same delivery method. You will be automatically refunded the shipping costs of each separate item that is grouped in with your first order.

I have a credit note, how can I use it?

To use your credit note, enter the code in the Discount Code / Credit Note field in your shopping basket.

Returns & Refunds

Returning articles from France?

You have a period of 15 days after you receive your order in which to return your purchases for a full refund or credit note. Please be aware that any purchases with the label missing cannot be returned.

You can return your order directly at the Atelier (12 rue d'Uzès, 75002). Here’s how:

1- On our website, choose the ‘L'Atelier’ option when making a request to return an order.
2- Leave your items at l'Atelier
3- You will be refunded immediately

You can make a return request on our website on the ‘My Account/My Returns’ page – it’s the simplest and quickest way to return your order and be swiftly refunded.

3 - Send your package back

Stick the return receipt (which comes with the delivery) onto the package, and leave it at the nearest delivery point or post office.

 

 

 

Returning articles from Belgium?

If something isn’t quite right with your order, you can request to return your pieces for a refund or a credit note within 15 days of receiving your order.

Follow these instructions, depending on your chosen return method :

- If you choose a Bpost return, stick the label offered in the parcel, and drop the order at your desired Bpost point. To find your closest Bpost point, rendez-vous on http://www.bpost.be/.

- If you choose a DPD return, download and print the return label from your Sézane account. Stick the label onto your parcel and drop it o at a DPD point of your choice. Find DPD points here  : https://www.dpd.com/be_fr/business_customers/pickup/pickup_parcelshop_finder.

Make sure you get your proof of deposit stamped, and keep it until you receive your refund.

How long will my refund take ?

You will receive an email letting you know when the refund has been made. Please allow 7 to 10 working days for our studio to process your return package.

Please be aware that any orders purchased with online gift cards or credit notes will automatically be refunded as a credit note.

Payment

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay for your order via:
- credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express)
- Paypal
- Gift card and e-gift card
- Credit notes

We suggest that you save your payment details on our website when you place an order. This will speed up any purchases you make in the future. To change any of these details, go to the ‘My Account/My Payment Info’ page.

Our website doesn’t allow you to pay for items in instalments.
